End User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "Agree" button, downloading or using "Brand Rocket".
By clicking the "Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
License
Brand Rocket grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions
You agree to not do any tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This application can only use 18+ years of age. If we receive any pornographic material or misconduct from your ID, we may permanently remove your account without any communications or notice.
Thats way there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Modifications to Application
Brand Rocket reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Image Download Terms & Condition :
User can download unlimited images & video with business details without business details or plain image download is strictly prohibited if still you are doing we suspend your account immediately without any confirmation or warning. in account Suspended case we can not refund any amount to user because they have done illegal activity without our permission
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Brand Rocket.
Brand Rocket may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Brand Rocket in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device or from your desktop.
Payments
We offer paid features in app, We have various subscription plan we offer from our app
Refund Policy :
If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of services of our application, Within 7 days of subscription purchase you may raise a ticket in our application's customer help and support with a reason for dissatisfaction or call customer care number of Brand Rocket. If your issue is found to be genuine, your subscription may be considered for a claim of credit, replacement or refund. Otherwise, your complaint will be noted and considered for the respective resolution. Furthermore, you hereby confirm and agree that you will not claim or allege anything against Brand Rocket concerning the digital content provided to you by the app.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement
Brand Rocket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
